Regular Price $100- consults require you to fill out intake forms ahead of  appointment time, Dosha Test, Vayu & Chakra analysis, Dinacharya- Daily Routine will be discussed as well as Yoga and Ayurveda concepts and education material.

Yoga & Ayurveda

Ayurveda means “Life Science” a sister science to Yoga philosophy. The two tied together is an invaluable experience that has forever changed my perspectives. Dosha means defect or imbalance however it is more than that it is how we are deeply connected to nature and the five elements of Ether, Air, Fire, Water and Earth.

During your one-on-one Consult after your extensive intake we will have some fun with assessments of the Chakras, your constitutional Dosha, your breathing patterns called “Vayus”, your personal practices and daily routines including meditation, pranayama and asana. Receive hands-on, mantra, educational print outs and a tailored home practice to work on for the traditional 40 days practice. I am available for follow-ups via email or in person anytime during your 40 days.
